During the past year we have spent quite a lot of time improving our processes and improving the way we interact which we have done very successfully. We are known for our innovation and growth and one of the greatest things we have achieved with this relationship is to cope with all the growth additions required. What you wouldn’t expect is for innovation to affect all our administrative departments, but in our case it does, so that results in our partner trying to manage incentives, new incentives, new additions results in the people doing long hours and to keep up and we greatly appreciate it.
